I passionately support individuals, couples and polycules in becoming more empowered in their sexual experiences, navigating complex issues such as sexual trauma, exploring new relationship structures, and addressing out of control sexual behaviours.

Registered Psychotherapist
Rasheeda Henry
she/her
Relationships require vulnerability, and so does discussing intimate topics like sex. I understand the importance of feeling safe and supported when navigating these sensitive areas. In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you can openly express your desires and fears, knowing that I am here to listen without judgment.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Amanda Weaver
she/her
Amanda firmly believes that every person is shaped by their environment and that everyone enters this world with a unique purpose and inherently good intentions. It is through the human condition that trauma arises by way of experiences which can sometimes lead people away from their path of self-actualization. Amanda is here to remind you of your whole self and guide you on your journey to acceptance and healing.

Registered Psychotherapist
Fran Bianchi
she/her
Fran’s work approaches sexuality not only as behaviour or function, but as a vital expression of identity, aliveness, and meaning. She welcomes clients who are curious about exploring desire, understanding how life changes impact intimacy, and cultivating more authentic and embodied sexual lives—whether within monogamous relationships, ethical non-monogamy, or other relational structures.

Student Therapist
Deanna Balberman
she/her
Before entering the world of psychotherapy, I spent five years as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. What started as a journey into teaching intuitive eating quickly evolved into something deeper.

Registered Psychotherapist
Roohi Bedi

My work focuses on helping people deepen intimacy, heal relational wounds, and create relationships that feel secure and authentic.
