My Story

Intimacy can be one of the most fulfilling, and vulnerable parts of our lives. Yet when communication breaks down, desire fades, or emotional distance grows, it can leave us feeling unseen, rejected, or alone even in close relationships. But, you don’t have to navigate these struggles by yourself. Whether you’re an individual or a couple seeking clarity, closeness, or renewal, therapy can be a space to rebuild connection and rediscover what it means to feel emotionally and physically fulfilled.

My work focuses on helping people deepen intimacy, heal relational wounds, and create relationships that feel secure and authentic. I support clients navigating sexual disconnection, performance anxiety, differences in desire, emotional or physical infidelity, grief, and the impact of stress or trauma on intimacy. I work with individuals exploring their sexual identity, relational patterns, or barriers to pleasure and self-expression. I am also passionate about working with interracial and intercultural couples, helping partners bridge cultural values, communication styles, and expectations while celebrating the richness of their differences. These relationships often bring unique challenges, and powerful opportunities for growth, empathy, and deeper connection.

I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman-informed approaches, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed, anti-oppressive frameworks. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety, creating a space where vulnerability, curiosity, and growth can unfold at your pace.

If you and your partner are feeling disconnected, or if you’re exploring your sexual self individually, therapy can help you move from frustration and uncertainty toward understanding, closeness, and fulfillment.
